It’s time for a little comic relief & no one does farce better than US politicians. At their most ponderous, they’re fools. This is the maestro of American burlesque: Joseph Biden. Here he’s talking at the US-Africa Leaders Summit about rooting out corruption. The summit was held in Washington DC–the venue of a million dirty deals. Those of you who live in African countries, check your bank accounts. Ours are already depleted paying for US wars.

Biden, like Kerry, is all Botoxed up & can hardly move his face so he’s trying to say with his hands what he would if he could move his lying lips. Any way he says it, it comes out lies & just spells plunder.
