Fox News, which isn’t bearable even if viewed as parody but is the source of politics for so many libertarians & fascists, brought on a righteous protestant minister from Dallas named Robert Jeffress who said: “The Bible gives Trump the moral authority to use whatever force necessary… to take out an evildoer like Kim Jong-un.”
Fox News is the very font of Christian ISISism.

If I don’t finish my article on Venezuela, the libertarian & Stalinist crowd will have moved in the Wahabi/Salafi devotees from Saudi Arabia as the primary movers of protests against a repressive regime & propaganda will get as half-baked as that in Syria where revolution becomes head-chopping stuff. It’s been hard to write since one can’t recapitulate the entire history & misguided strategy of the Bolivarian road to socialism–which is not unlike taking a row boat to the the North Pole to fight global warming. This time I really mean it. I’m on a mission to complete the article despite all the obstacles, including my stalling tactics.
These Kashmiris are walking through the ruins of a home razed during a gunfight between a few militants & the occupying Indian army in Kakpora village of the Pulwama district in South Kashmir.
What kind of artillery is the Indian army using against a few militants armed with a few rifles that over & over again, in one hunt to kill encounter after another completely destroys homes, leaving them a pile of rubble? To what purpose?
There must be a psychological element, some military advantage in occupation to such unnecessary wanton destruction & overkill. It resonates with Israel’s destruction of family homes in the West Bank of militants arrested or killed by the Israeli occupying army.

Just received a phone message from an Orange County, California area code saying a warrant has been issued for my arrest & that my property is under surveillance & may be confiscated. They’ll be so disappointed to find the net worth is probably under $1,000, including the car.
Just so there is no confusion: when I write about Wahabi/Salafis, I trust knowledgeable Muslims on the issue. I don’t know anything more about them theologically than the Assad supporters who denounce them so vociferously as a plague on the body politic. I come from the Christian tradition & still can’t tell the difference between an Evangelical & a Fundamentalist & it’s been spelled out to me a hundred times, maybe more. Evangelicals play an important role in Zionist politics so you’d think I’d come to grips with the distinctions.
When you consider how the Wahabi scare is used against the Syrian revolution, Kashmiris, Rohingya, & others, you understand the importance in politics of not talking through your hat.
Came across this comment posted by Khurram Parvez on August 10, 2016. Doesn’t it just put all that alarmist rubbish about Wahabi/Salafi influence in perspective? Not just in Kashmir, but in Syria & elsewhere where those religious ideas are associated with head-chopping.

Among the most unspeakable crimes committed against humanity is forcible disappearance by repressive regimes. Hundreds of thousands have been disappeared in at least 50 different countries. It is a monstrous crime because the grief can never be resolved. In Kashmir, an estimated 10,000 men & boys have been disappeared since 1989. That is almost one person every day for 28 years.
Kashmiri activists, particularly the Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS) led by Khurram Parvez & Parvez Imroz, & the Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons (APDP) led by Parveena Ahangar, are playing a central role in exposing & opposing this crime not just in Kashmir but internationally through the Asian Federation Against Involuntary Disappearances (AFAD) led by Khurram Parvez.
