Perhaps nothing highlights the surreal & perverse symbiosis of US-Israeli alliance as the US recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel & the Golan Heights as the territory of Israel. It’s as meaningless as me declaring myself empress of the universe. Except that the US & Israel are engaged in genocide against the Palestinian people.

Sajid Mizher, a 17-year-old volunteer paramedic wearing a clearly marked vest was shot & killed by Israeli occupying forces in Bethlehem, West Bank. The Israeli military calls itself “the most moral army in the world” while it engages in genocide.

Pellet gun victims in Kashmir, many of whom were not involved in protests & many who are children: there was more political furor over a single suicide bomber attack than over the thousands who have been blinded, disfigured, disabled by pellet guns. There needs to be an international campaign against their use or they will spread like the use of water cannons against protesters.
According to the latest report on Pellet Gun Victims in the Kashmir Valley, 59.3% of the victims suffered from visual impairment of various degrees while 36.7% ending up with severe blindness.
Whether Russia did or whether it did not, meddling in US elections is not Russia’s greatest crime. Bombing civilians in Syria is Russia’s greatest crime & when you scratch beneath the surface of all this gloating over the conclusions of the Mueller investigation it’s all about defense of Russia’s military intervention in Syria to defend the Assad dictatorship.
