Butterfly bullets used by Israeli snipers to shoot off the legs of unarmed Palestinian protesters as a weapon of genocide.

“There is no such thing as “Kashmir dispute” or “Kashmir conflict”. There is only a Kashmiri people’s movement for self-determination that a fascist Brahminical-colonial empire is trying to wipe out by militarist, terroristic and totalitarian means.”

We really need to highlight the comment of Indian Home Minister Amit Shah about the telecommunications blackout in Kashmir that “people are trying to create a hue & cry over lack of mobile connections for few days. Lack of phone connection is not human rights violation.” For 56 days, Kashmiris have not been able to call each other to make sure elderly family members have food & do not need medical care; cannot report or get consolation from others when their children are kidnapped in midnight raids by Indian soldiers; cannot talk to family members outside Kashmir to assure them they are alive & safe or that they survived the earthquake; cannot call an ambulance for emergency medical care; cannot report deaths & family illnesses to others, especially those working or studying outside Kashmir; cannot get information about what is happening to them & are kept hermetically sealed from each other & the rest of the world.

For Shah’s information, that’s more than a human rights violation. It’s a war crime which should be prosecuted in an international war crimes tribunal. Except that it’s hard to call Kashmir a war when one side has all the weapons & the other is completely unarmed. Stone pelting is self-defense, not criminality. The oppressed have a right to defend themselves by any means necessary.

“Occupation is a disease… Everyone suffers!
An army personal enters an ATM cabin in Khwaja Bagh area of Baramulla. He withdraws one hundred rupees from it, places the note neatly in his wallet. Next day, he returns again and withdraws the same amount from the ATM. Then he goes on like this for many more days to come. The guard at the ATM notices this wacky act but refrains from inquiring about the same, given the old and deep rooted fear of men in uniform. He resists for days, few more and many more. On a day when there are few civilians around, he musters the courage to ask, for he believes if the army personal gets enraged over him, the civilians around will rescue him from his wrath. The guard proceeds to ask: “Sahab, Why do you withdraw only hundred rupees from the ATM? Why do you trouble yourself on daily basis when you can withdraw a hefty amount that will last for weeks?”

The army personal rubs his forehead as he looks tired; tucks his trousers properly and before he makes his way out of the cabin, tells the guard who is waiting for the answer anxiously: “The mobile number linked to my bank account is used by my wife at home. When I withdraw cash from the ATM, she gets the message on her mobile phone. This way, she comes to know that her husband is alive”.

P.S: Occupation is like a ship. When the occupier digs a hole in it, he remains unbeknownst of the fact that he will be the first one to get drowned. You cannot yearn for peace when you are splitting people into pieces.

It was reported that Kashmiris were refused accommodations at OYO hotels in India. OYO, which operates 800 hotels in 80 countries, was a primary political & financial sponsor of the Howdy Modi show in Houston. They were specifically thanked by the organizers & are targets of #BoycottIndia.

Don’t know why The Print is reporting that Modi returned from the US with accolades from his fascist cohorts but with ‘no trade deal, no Kashmir win, no investment’. The US remains India’s largest trading partner in goods & services, increased from US$126 billion in 2017 to US$142 billion in 2018. The day Modi landed in the US, the Indian liquified natural gas company Petronet signed a $7.5 billion deal with with Texas-based Tellurian liquified natural gas company. Texas politicians didn’t line up at the Howdy Modi show to kiss Modi’s ass & hundreds of companies didn’t bankroll it out of respect for Modi. They don’t deal in respect. They are looking at investments in & big profits from India & Kashmir.

As for that ‘no Kashmir win’, as Indian activist Satyadeep Satya pointed out, all that ‘war on terror’ crap at the UN peddled by everyone from Modi to Trump to Ardern was all about justifying genocide in Kashmir as a fight against ‘radical Islamic terrorism’.
Modi did not return home empty-handed. But the mission of Kashmiri solidarity is to make the visions of grandeur swimming in his little pea brain turn to naught by protests, rallies, educational forums, & a consumer & cultural boycott of India.

Again, Indian politicians & propagandists are making asses of themselves by claiming reports of Indian barbarism in Kashmir are all fake news & hallucination. Indian Home Minister Amit Shah, one of the architects of the siege & blockade, said, “Where are the restrictions? It is only in your mind. There are no restrictions. Only misinformation about restrictions is being spread….But people are trying to create a hue & cry over lack of mobile connections for few days. Lack of phone connection is not human rights violation.” You can’t reform a monster like that. He has to be thrown out on his ass, prosecuted in an international tribunal for war & human rights crimes, & sent to jail & hell for all eternity. Let the devil straighten his ass out. Our job is to build Kashmiri solidarity with protests & the boycott of Indian products.

There was an elegant black tie kind of dinner at the UN during the recent summit with Putin, Modi, Xi, & other genocidaires as honored guests. The motif of the dinner for the oppressed sustaining war, occupation, genocide was ‘let them eat bombs’.
