So the question is raised: is this injured man at a field hospital in Eastern Ghouta a head-chopping terrorist, a human shield for head-chopping terrorists, an actor, or a blow-up doll, as Assad propagandists claim?

Cut through the propaganda & stand with the Syrian people by demanding the immediate cessation of Syrian, Russian, Turkish, & US coalition bombing of civilians & the immediate, unconditional withdrawal of all foreign military forces from Syria.
