With evidence that Kashmiri Afzal Guru was framed for the 2001 bombing of the Indian Parliament, it is time for India to release his remains, along with those of Maqbool Bhat, for respectful & honored burial in Kashmir. Bhat was hung in February 1984 & Guru in February 2013 at Tihar jail in Delhi where they are buried in unmarked graves.
