A Kashmiri friend, now living under the lockdown, is a quite sensitive person who suffered from depression & would sometimes talk to me about it. It’s hard to imagine the profound impact of this barbaric occupation on millions already stressed to the max by pellet guns, forcible disappearances, mass graves, mass rapes, arrests. There must surely be a serious mental health crisis. There are certainly grounds for prosecution in an international tribunal.
