India is introducing rubber bullets against unarmed protesters in Kashmir. They are also using cluster bombs against civilians along the Line of Control. Cluster bombs are illegal. There’s no need to ask if rubber bullets ‘are really non-lethal’ since Israel has been using them against Palestinians since the late 80s. It’s been well-known for decades that they cause serious injuries & kill. India is looking at an Idlib, Arakan state, West Bank & Gaza scenario so we have our work cut out for us. It is long since time that Kashmiris win their freedom & live in peace as a free people.
