“A young guy (18) in my locality was playing cricket on Aug 6th, in a park near the road. As per locals, he went to pick up a ball when the forces’ vehicle passed by. Probably, thinking he was picking up a stone, they fired pellets at him. I heard he was put on a ventilator, since I was there those days. He passed away couple of days ago. God knows, if he was pelting or playing but the Police had said he died with a stone. Thank God SKIMS report clarified that the reason was pellets in his skull & eyes.”
