This is 24-year-old Mudasir Ahmad Dar from the Baramulla district in Kashmir. Not that protesting justifies such violence & barbarity, but Mudasir was not out protesting when he was assaulted with a pellet gun & left in this condition. He was at home in bed late evening when Indian forces came pounding on his family’s door.
