The Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS) reports that Khurram Parvez was ordered by a judge to be released from Kupwara prison. In violation of that court order, the police are holding him at the police station against his will & for no reason.

Until he is returned home, his defense continues.
