This is a young boy who sustained pellet gun injuries to his face & body in the 2016 Intifada against the Indian occupation. It is a war crime for which India must be prosecuted despite the glory-mongering over Modi in Texas, NYC, & the UN & the rubbish about fighting “radical Islamic terrorism” in Kashmir.
